We purchased a rental house in 2007, which he helped locate and negotiate. A few weeks ago, we sold that same rental house through him. It was only listed for less than 24 hours when we received an offer. My husband and I were very impressed with his negotiating skills and expertise in selling the house. He didn’t promise unreasonable selling prices and he pointed out all the work that needed to be done before the properties went on the market. John knows all the best contractors and made all the arrangements for work, inspections and legal advice we needed. Not only did we need to clean out 60 years of accumulation but we needed to get surveys, septic inspections for the house and septic designs for the property, legal easement agreements, perk tests and general inspections. John said he didn’t want a sale to be delayed or lost because we didn’t have the proper documents in order. That proved to be vital as we received offers. John foresaw all possible problems and requests for information about our properties. The level of service and attention to detail we received from John was second to none.
